We are learning the art of debate this week. Students will debate how fossil fuels were formed. Some will be on the side of the Christian and some will take the side of the average scientist. Students must come up with three arguments to validate their side. Each argument must be researched and students must provide facts to back up this argument. They must also have an opening statement, rebuttals, and a closing statement. The rubric is attached to this link.
