Tuesday: We will be creating a concept map as a group. This will be changed throughout the week. We will be discussing matter, how it is classified, and its properties.
Wednesday: We will be working with an interactive website. Students will be asked to write a one page paper about the website.
Thursday: We will discuss elements, compounds, and mixtures. Students will complete an activity classifying these. Adjustment: we will do a lab measuring mass and volume from Tuesday and Wednesday's discussions and pick up elements, compounds, and mixtures next week.
Friday: States of Matter. Cool Down Lab 2B in the lab book. Adjustment: Finish measuring lab since over half the class will be gone for games.
